HoneyBook

We use HoneyBook to manage client inquiries, communications, proposals, contracts, invoices, and other business-related information.

Pic-Time

We use Pic-Time to deliver and host online photography galleries. Clients may view, download, and order photographs through their galleries. Images and related gallery information may remain stored in Pic-Time for an extended period. We do not routinely delete completed galleries, but their continued availability depends on our account, subscription, and Pic-Time's services and terms. We cannot guarantee permanent online storage, so we encourage clients to download and maintain their own backups.

Payment Services

Payments may be processed through HoneyBook's available payment providers. Clients may also choose to pay through Venmo when that option is offered. Payment services process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor our website's performance in Google Search, including search queries, impressions, clicks, and website indexing information. We do not currently have Google Analytics connected to our website.

We cannot guarantee that online galleries or photographs will remain available indefinitely. Clients are encouraged to download and securely store their own copies of delivered photographs.

However, no website, online platform, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted or stored online.
