I love to get on the phone or a video chat with my potential clients to get a more in-depth look and overall understanding of your intimate wedding or elopement.
Specifically the design elements such as floral plan, location and venue, photography coverage, ceremony decor, and much more! Each wedding is totally unique to my couples therefore I don't have cookie cutter prices, I customize all collections according to YOU.
We only take on a select number of weddings per year therefore we want to make sure are a great fit for us, as well as us being a perfect fit for it!
I then get to work and start designing your day to produce a custom brochure with pricing. This brochure can also be adjusted by client upon receiving it (amount of photography hours, number of corsages, etc.)
At this point there might be some back and forth while we make an official collection/brochure that covers all of your needs! Can you add to your brochure in the future (upgrade ceremony decor, etc.)? Yes!
PROPOSAL + BOOKING
Once the collection/brochure is official, I will send you a proposal to sign. This proposal also contains the contract to look over and the payment schedule. Once you make the first payment, You are officially booked and more importantly.... officially a New Land Bride!
START DESIGN PROCESS - LOCATION/BUDGET QUESTIONAIRE
Upon booking I send you a questionnaire to help guide us through imperative aspects of the wedding such as budget and exact location/venue.
I ask you what your overall design budget is. We allocate Funds for the general design/aesthetics of the wedding and divide that amongst location/venue, floral, and decor rentals.
This questionnaire also guides us with choosing an exact location or venue as we talk about venue amenities, vibe, and scenery.
The design process is a little different for each wedding depending on weather you are eloping or having an intimate wedding and reception.
The next part is the most exciting! I look at your Inspiration photos and Pinterest boards and start picking out consistencies. Using your vision, I Curate design boards that go over the entire aesthetic of the day including color pallet, floral scheme, decor pieces and rentals, general inspiration, location, tablescape items. This is an integral part of the design process as we are constantly referencing these boards. It also gives a vision of our items are coming together and making sure we have a consistent theme throughout.
